DYLZA pieces are created in limited quantities. This page explains how return and exchange requests are reviewed, handled, and supported.

DYLZA pieces are released in limited quantities and prepared with attention. If there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us promptly so we can review it properly and assist you with the next step.
Return Requests
If you wish to request a return, please contact DYLZA within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging, tags, dust bag, and any included documents.
Condition of Item
Returned items must be in their original condition. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, stains, odour, alteration, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.
Leather is a natural material and may carry slight variations in grain, texture, and finish. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. Because DYLZA pieces are released in limited quantities, the same item may not always be available for exchange.
If an exchange is not possible, DYLZA will review the matter and advise you on the available resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photographs of the item, packaging, and a clear description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, personalised, or returned without original packaging.
Limited releases and special pieces may be subject to stricter review due to their small-batch nature.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, DYLZA will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Bank, card provider, and payment gateway timelines may vary.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping and duties.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item confirmed by DYLZA.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and local charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Before Sending Anything Back
Please do not send any item back without first contacting DYLZA and receiving return instructions.
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
