If anything needs to be corrected, contact DYLZA as soon as possible.

DYLZA pieces are released in limited quantities and prepared with care. Orders may be fulfilled in small batches depending on the release, product availability, and production status.

You will receive updates once your order moves through fulfilment.

Shipping

Shipping begins after your order has been confirmed and prepared. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and conditions outside DYLZA’s direct control.

Tracking details will be shared when available.

International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
